Then later we went to then zi char at bedok. I swear this is the BEST zi char ever! It was super delicious with some recommendations by xiang. We ordered a lot because we were hungry and we treated it like another dinner for chin yang's birthday. Let me list our order, we had this plate of fried stuff which xiang recommend, it seemed to have prawn in it, then fried, damn nice. Next dish, fried tofu with "cai bo" also recommended by xiang, the tofu is crispy on the outside and yet soft and smooth on the inside. Then we have the usuals, sweet and sour pork and sambal kangkong.
Once these four dishes came, we grabbed the food like mad and we finished all four dishes in less then 20 minutes. The person was shock when he saw we finished so quickly. We then wait for the highlight of the day. We ordered four crabs, two of which is chilli crab and the other two being black pepper and also we had butter prawns. The crabs was good, and smells really great. However, the must try would be the butter prawns. When you ever go there, please do order, a MUST TRY. The creamy gravy made the prawns more tasty, the prawns were sort of grilled before. This is the best zi char, please do visit, bedok north opposite block 402, opposite the coffeeshop with botak jones.
Before we left, the boss still treated us free ice cream, we were like the only table having free deserts. I had the durian with chocolate ice cream, damn nice, but a bit too hard/frozen?
