Today went to school early for this awards ceremony. I got in the Directors' Honours List, which is the top 10% students for each course. We were supposed to report by 8am. I thought there was a rehasal or something, but there was nothing. They asked us to report at 8am just to ensure all of us don't late for the event. So we went in the hall and sat and waited till 9.30am for the thing to start. Lucky I have jude beside me, so I can still talk to him.
My parents came too, its been quite long since my parents came to see me recieve an award, maybe because I have no award to recieve in secondary school days. I treasure this day a lot because I bet I cant get into the directors' list next year because there is going to be just 10 smart students getting it. Just in my class, I have 4 students with gpa of 3.65 and above, so I am just lucky to get it this year. They also gave out prizes to students who topped in the various subject. They even have sponsors, giving them cash. There was this girl from BSG who was the top student for CSA, OB and POM. How smart can she be?
After that went to xiang house for mahjong then have a really nice dinner at bedok. I got headache again, its because of the hot weather, though its weird for me to say this.
