Just now I got a call from best denki that the delivery for my aircon had some problems and the customers was complaining about it. There aircon was supposed to be delivered to the customers yesterday however, it was not sent to her and she came to complain. The staff was kind of pissed off because he could not contact my company and sales rep. Then he called me and complain all the way, but what can I do? I try contacting my sales rep but he was not available at first then later I tried again and managed to get contact with him. He was on leave however will help me check tomorrow when he goes back to the office. Actually I was partly at fault because I did not check with my sales rep and did not realised that the aircon delivery was quite packed. I really hope my sales rep can help me slot a delivery on sat to satisfy the customer. Please, please, please, I am really quite desperate, really hopes it goes fine.
Today school was fun, had lessons from 9 to 12. Principles of management was fun and we chose our project groupings already. My group includes alex, gerrard, mark, me and devien. Devien was like the only girl in our group, and since she is the only girl, she is our leader. Even our group name is so unique, "ONE DEVIEN", in short, we are called, " 1D". Thanks to alex who thought of such wonderful name. Later we went for APEL, was quite boring actually and lasted for 45 minutes.
At first, thought of going out while the rest of the classmates had not done their microeconomics tutorial questions so we went to the library to do work instead. In the library, I met ming song(kenwood promoter). Long time never seen him, did not expect to meet him in school today. Everybody was like taking out their laptops to play while I was the only one without it. I was like admiring them, but I have to endure! Three more weeks till I get my laptop. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day and a very long day indeed! Lessons start at 9am till 4pm, then have to wait for the rest of the sec sch friends till 6pm. After which we have to go for the concert which I am unsure of what time it ends.
Lastly, I really hope my sales rep will help me settle this problem, otherwise I really don't know how to face the staff when I work this weekend.
