Yesterday was definitely a crazy day for us. I went out with my secondary school buddies, actually we could have a gathering with the rest however most of the girls were occupied with their jcs activities while it left only the guys. So maine, don't say that we don't want to meet with you girls but you all are too busy and so only 8 guys went out because gary and colin wanted to study for their exams. Wish them all the best for their exams although they started their paper already in the morning, but hope my wish still helps. We went to vivocity to watch movie because wei guang suggested it. When we reached there, the whole mall was packed, totally. It was so packed that there was a long queue for going up the escalators.
We wanted to watch Iron Man so we went to golden village to check out the timing. We reached there at 1pm plus however the available slots for Iron Man then was 5.50pm and it is in the first row. So we took the next time slot which was 6.45pm. The movie was like so popular, there were so many slots that were selling fast. So we had about 4-5 hours to spend around vivocity. Firstly, we went for lunch then went walking around. Later we went up to the sky park and got so fascinated with our shadows. So we started making lots of words using the shadows, although it seemed quite gay with guys playing stuffs like that, it was really fun. It has been a long time we ever been so crazy then later we did not have enough so we went to lie down on the ground to do all sorts of words. The people in the restaurants were all looking at us, they must be thinking why are a bunch of guys lying on the walking pavement. After which, we went to the third floor and saw the PS3 free for us to play so we went to play. However one of the controller was spoilt and had a difficult time playing, but we still had fun. All these took up 2-3 hours already, we had so much fun with only zero dollars.

We then went for dinner, most of them were complaining that the food in the foodcourt is too expensive but that is price when eating in places like vivocity. Later we rushed back to gv to watch our movie.
IRON MAN
Iron Man is very much different from other superhero movies. The main character Tony Stark is a billionare industralist and hardly you will see superheroes being so rich. Everybody in the cinema was giving their envy faces when it showed the Tony Stark's house. It was built on a cave and it is massive, the garage alone is comparable with the size of a flat or even bigger than that. I like his cars, especially the one he uses it to drive, the sliver AUDI sportscar, it was freaking cool. One advice if you want to watch it in the cinemas, bring along ear plugs because the sound systems of the cinema were brillant. The sounds of the explosion were so loud that most of the people covered their ears. In addition, your whole body will feel the vibrations of the sounds.
However, the movie was quite long, 125minutes. There were some parts that were quite draggy, especially when Tony Stark was being captured, but when he started making his suit, I guess all the waiting is worth it. The first iron man he made was quite ugly, but the weapons equipped with it was really impressive. With all the machine guns and bullets. There was a scene when all the bad guys started shooting at the iron man, however there was no effect at all. Later he said it in a very cool way, "I guess its my turn". Then he started spraying his flamethrower, everybody was like shocked to see iron man spraying flames.
Then later, he went rescued. He wanted to close his weapons factories because he realised that his weapons is being misused by the people to hurt the civilans. He went to develop his suit. I swear I really want to have the technology he had, it was like freaking cool, cannot describe by using only words, you got to see it yourself and when the machines helped him to put on his suit, there was only one word to describe the scene, dashing. Besides all the action, they added a lot of humour in it, making the movie less boring. It will be kind of boring if they keep showing all the military stuffs and not having any jokes. To guys, it may be still ok but to girls they will find it boring showing all the military stuffs. Quite funny, made us laughed a lot, the last battle with the big machine was quite fast but the effect was impressive. Generally, a pretty interesting and funny movie filled with all the actions, it cannot be compared with other superhero movies. It is just very different, the concept and storyline, very different from normal superhero movies. I would say a 3.5/5 for this movie.
