Today was the first day of school and I only stayed in the school for 2 hours plus. There was only one tutorial for today which lasted for 2 hours. When I stepped into the school today, it was so crowded, everywhere is filled with students. From the bus stops to the bridge and in the adminstration building. Then I saw aaron, kh and cy near the applied science school. I don't know the way to the tutorial classrooms so they brought me to the lift. I took quite some time to find the classroom then it was in one corner.
Today's lesson is on communication skills and it is nothing but english in poly. There are compositions, comprehensions, make not differences studying english. Most of my classmates are english-speaking and knew many of the words in the textbook. I was struggling with some of the words, I really suck in english. However, this subject is really relevent, it teaches us to think and after today, I realised that I was not really creative at all. The answers I gave were the usual few.
There are questions like, "List out 20 ways what can a pencil do besides its original purpose?" The answers that the rest gave were really creative and out of the box. I guess I really need to do some brushing up, especially my english otherwise I might not get good grades for this subject. Tomorrow I only have one lecture at 11am, lucky there is chester tomorrow accompanying me in the lecture.
