Just came back from TP business school orientation. One word to describe about today, TIRED! My legs are aching like mad, but overall the orientation was really great. Now I know why the jc people were so high after their orientation. Usually we thought that cheers are very childish, but the poly cheers are totally different, the rhythm and the lyrics are much better than secondary school ones. All of us got addicted to the cheers.
BIZ BIZ BIZ BIZ NESS!!!
The synergy leaders were very very active, they reminded me of the times in npcc when we guided the young ones. However, the worst thing is that all of us got separated! There are 23 classes in our course and we all enter into different classes. There is like no one we knew at all. I went into class 03 while chester got in 06, cy in 08, kh in 09 and aaron at 12. Xiu chen is worst, he is in class 21. Next thing is that the number of guys in each class is so little, only 7 in my class out of 25. I feel as though I was a 4A student. The girls, in fact were very active then the guys although looked very cool, but also took part in most of the activities.
The leader of my class kept pulling us out to take part in activities. First, he pulled out 2 guys for dancing. Then, he picked two more to blow balloons. Lastly, he pulled the remaining three which includes me for the coordination game. I got eliminated first, now I know that I sucks at coordination.
In the morning, I really feel like sleeping, but my butt was numb. We sat at the convention centre for 4 hours and our butts were like so pain and numb. After all the ice-breakers, we went to the sports hall to learn the mass dance. The mass dance was really fun and chaotic at the same time. I dance with my synergy leader because the other party want with the male synergy leader. Then we sing the TP song and the special hand sign song, when we use hand sign to express the lyrics. The TP song is nice, the first time everybody is singing the song so loudly. Later, the directors challenged the freshman to tug of war. However, the directors win. Just like what the director of business school said, the not so old but wise people always win.
Tomorrow is going to be one more tiring day, from 8am to 9pm. There is lecture, sports day, dragon boating and mass dance at night. They want us to win the tittle for the sports day and dragon boating because business is the champion for 3 consecutive years and want to win for the fourth time. I am really looking forward to start my lessons.
