Actually I wanted to type this post at around 10 minutes ago but I was stuck in a mathematics questions. It took me long enough to think of the solution. Today was a terrible day all because of the papers. Both social studies and biology killed me. I spent so many hours study but none of it came out. For social studies, I spent about 3 hours memorising Venice and thought it will come out for sure as it is a new topic, but I did expect the teachers to skip that chapter and the whole paper did not have a single question on Venice. I am not the only one suffering from it as many of my classmates also put more focus on Venice. Luckily I read through the last 3 chapters of the Sec 4 textbook and answered the question on Sustaining Singapore's Development. I wanted to do the question on Sri Lanka but I think many people will do that question and the teacher may be more strict in terms of marking. But I don't know whether had I made a good choice of do that question. The source base was crap. I can only do two out of the four questions. I just wrote some points for the other two questions.
Then biology hurt me the most. I spent a lot of time on it but I could hardly remember anything. Especially for the part on heredity and nervous system. I am not very confident about my essay this time as I could hardly answer the questions. Hope that the paper 1 will be an easier paper so at least can secure a B?
After the exam I did not have much motivation to study and all of us went to play soccer for the whole afternoon when I could finish a few chapters of geography. When I got home, I was very lethargic and wanting to sleep. But I can't, otherwise will be very guilty as I had not study anything yet. So I went to practice my e.maths and going to carry on later.
Monday will be an important day for me because it determines whether I have to carry on or end my studies on Chinese. I really really hope I can get an A so that I can focus more on other subjects. Tomorrow will be the celebrations for the national day and also the giving out of CCA awards. I am one of the recipients but I wasn't quite happy about it. I wanted to get the award but I don't understand why the teacher never give one to the vice-chair. I think it is so unfair to her and I felt quite guilty of getting it as I think she is a much better recipient than me.
Today I went to search for the songs for the new Taiwan drama. It is a very nice drama but up till now there are only two episodes available in Youtube. There is one new episode every week. The songs are quite nice epecially those slow songs. I added them into the music player, you can listen to it to see if you like it.
