Trip to Science Centre....

Today was a tiring day for me because I have been walking from morning 9am to 8pm. My legs are aching like hell. At the morning, I went to the Science Centre because my family they all had an extra ticket. I find that the holiday is so boring so I tagged along to the Science Centre. At least there is something to see over there.

To my surprised, the MRT in the morning was not as packed as it should be; at least I got a seat throughout the journey. When I reached the Jurong East station, we walked to the Science Centre. The route there was so hot, the sun was so terrible.

When I reached the Science Centre, I first felt rather bored because I thought everything was the same as before, but I saw something that lightened up my feelings. It was a display of the movie. It is the actual and full picture. From what I saw from the shopping centres, this one is different. Those posters in cinemas only have the three main characters and the other three wizards taking part in the Triwizard tournament. The actual picture has all of them but it also has one more person in it. Beside Cedric, it was CHO CHANG!!! When I saw her, it really lightened up my spirits. This is my first time seeing Cho Chang in an Harry Potter movie poster and display.

Ok…enough of Cho Chang, moving on to the boring part. The Science Centre was still the same except that it had a new feature outside, near Mac. It is called the Water Works. It is something like Wild Wild Wet, but it is a mini version of it. It is a place for kids to play with water and splash around. Inside the Science Centre is still the same. The exhibits are still the same; there are only one or two new exhibits. I spent about 4 hours walking inside the Science Centre. It was rather tiring. Then we took MRT back. The journey back was not a pleasant one. I took the MRT from Jurong East, which is like the last few stations; I expected to have some seats. But there was none, not a single one. I thought maybe there might be some later on as some of the passenger alight. But the number of passengers seemed to be getting more and more. I was still standing; my legs are aching like HELL!!! Until we reached City Hall, I thought there might be some seats because most passengers will alight here, but it doesn’t seem right. Those passengers who were standing went out but those who were seated did not go out. Then I kept standing till the train reached Simei. There was finally one seat available. When I sit down, I overheard the intercom. I was like so fed up. I got a seat a stop before I alight. I can’t afford to have the time to rest my legs.

Then I received a sms from Bryan. He said he found a job and asked me whether I am interested. It is something like giving out flyers and promoting stuffs. I was quite interested but my mother said that it is a waste of time. Each day, I earn $20 but after deducting lunch and transport, I actually only earn about $5. So I stand 6 hours just because of $5? But she did not force me not to take it. She just voice out her opinion, which I think is quite true.

Now I realised that I still have SPDS trainings during the holidays. That means I could not afford to have the time to work. I had a performance this coming sat, which is the 17th of December. I only have 3 trainings to train up for the performance. Argh!! I am so vexed and fed up when I think of my trainings.....what am I gonna do?
